We want you to be completely happy with your Panlipi strap. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or worn straps
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Any customised or special-order products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Include photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
